Regular Beginner Classes
Please note that the dates below are tentative and may to change due to demand and registration.

Studio Sephira is presently offering 2 beginner level classes on Wednesday evenings from 6:00pm to 7:20pm & 7:35pm to 8:55pm. The cost of a session is $95.

At the beginner level you will learn the key concepts and basic moves of the dance. A student must complete a total of two 6 week beginner level classes before moving on to the next level.

September 22nd to October 27th, 2010
November 3rd to December 8th, 2010
January 5th to February 9th, 2011
February 16th to March 23rd, 2011
March 30th to May 4th, 2011
May 11th to June 15th, 2011

Regular Intermediate Classes
Studio Sephira is presently offering 2 intermediate level classes on Monday evenings from 5:00pm to 6:20pm & 7:50pm to 9:10pm. The cost of a session is $95.

A student must complete a total of two 6 week beginner level classes before moving on to the next level. In the intermediate level classes a student builds on her movement vocabulary and starts to learn how create improvisational and choreographed dance.

November 1st to December 6th, 2010
January 3rd to February 7th, 2011
February 14th to March 21st, 2011
March 28th to May 2nd, 2011
May 9th to June 20th, 2011

Holiday dates
Studio Sephira does not offer classes on Statutory Holidays, is closed for 2 weeks at Christmas time and for 2 months during the summer. There are therefore no class on Labour Day (Monday, September 6th), Remembrance Day (Thursday, November 11th), during Christmas break (between Monday, December 20th & Sunday, January 2nd), on Victoria Day Weekend (Sunday May 22nd & Monday May 23rd) during the summer break (July & August).

Make-up Classes
If a class in the 6 week session needs to be cancelled (ei: storm), a make-up class is scheduled sometime at the beginning of the next session. The decision to cancel classes on a storm day is made by 3pm and will be announced on the site as well as on the Studio voice mail.

Beginner level students from both the 6:00pm and 7:35pm classes join together between on the designated date & time to do their make up class. The upcoming dates that are set aside for the Beginner level students Make-up Class are on: December 15th, February 16th and March 30th.

Intermediate students from both the 5:00pm & 7:50pm classes join together from 6:25pm to 7:45pm on their designated date. The dates set aside for the Intermediate level students Make-up Class are on: December 13th, February 14th and March 28th.
