Regular Beginner Classes
Studio Sephira is presently offering 2 beginner level classes on Wednesday evenings from 5:00pm to 6:20pm & 7:50pm to 9:10pm. The cost of a session is $95.

At the beginner level you will learn the key concepts and basic moves of the dance. A student must complete a total of two 6 week beginner level classes before moving on to the next level.

October 21st to December 2nd, 2009
December 9th to January 27th, 2010 (no classes December 23rd & 30th)
February 17th to March 24th, 2010
March 31st to May 5th, 2010
May 12th to June 16th, 2010

Regular Intermediate Classes
Studio Sephira is presently offering 2 intermediate level classes on Monday evenings from 5:00pm to 6:20pm & 7:50pm to 9:10pm. The cost of a session is $95.

A student must complete a total of two 6 week beginner level classes before moving on to the next level. In the intermediate level classes a student builds on her movement vocabulary and starts to learn how create improvisational and choreographed dance.

September 14th to October 19th, 2009
October 26th to December 7th, 2009
January 4th to February 15th, 2010 (no class February 8th)
February 22nd to March 29th, 2010
April 5th to May 10th, 2010
May 17th to June 28th, 2010

Holiday dates
Studio Sephira does not offer classes on Statutory Holidays, is closed for 2 weeks at Christmas time and for 2 months during the summer. There are therefore no class on Labour Day (Monday, September 7th), Remembrance Day (Wednesday, November 11th), during Christmas break (between December 21st & January 3rd), on Victoria Day (Monday, May 24th) during the summer break (July & August).

Make-up Classes
If a class in the 6 week session needs to be cancelled (ei: storm), a make-up class is scheduled sometime at the beginning of the next session. The decision to cancel classes on a storm day is made by 3pm and will be announced on the site as well as on the Studio voice mail.

Beginner level students from both the 5:00pm and 7:50pm classes join together between 6:25pm to 7:45pm on the designated date to do their make up class. The upcoming dates that are set aside for the Beginner level students Make-up Class are on: December 9th, February 3rd and March 24th.

Intermediate students from both the 5:00pm & 7:50pm classes join together from 6:25pm to 7:45pm on their designated date. The dates set aside for the Intermediate level students Make-up Class are on: January 4th, February 22nd and April 5th.
